Cromwell

This is Oliver Cromwell (25 April 1599 – 3 September 1658)[1] was an English military and political leader and later Lord Protector of the Commonwealth of England, Scotland and Ireland.

I don't say he was good or bad, he was just mentioned in some books and magazines I've read, as a good and as a bad example ( happened quite often, a while, so I came to the idea to draw him, nothing special).

In the box on the left side, in the front of that boy, is his head.
"The head fell of the pole in a strong wind one night, the next morning the guard came to guard it then he found that it had fallen, so he stole it and hid it in his chimney, this is where it remained for six years.
Cromwell's head was found by a soldier who hid it in his chimney. On his deathbed, he bequeathed the relic to his daughter. In 1710 the head appeared in a 'Freak Show', described as 'The Monster's Head'. For many years the head passed through numerous hands, the value increasing with each transaction until a Dr. Wilkinson bought it. The head was offered by the Wilkinson family to his Alma Mater, Sydney Sussex College in 1960. It was given a dignified burial in a secret place in the college grounds." ( Wikipedia;[link])
